They are planning options. We will confirm the most practical pack combination based on the products and total quantity requested.

Can I mix different shapes?

Yes. You can select round, star, cylinder and bear shapes in the same request. Final availability and the mix will be confirmed with your quotation.

When will I receive the final price?

Pricing is shared after we review your quantity, product mix and delivery location. No payment is collected when you submit the request.

How is the order completed?

Once you approve the quotation, we can create a Shopify draft order and send a secure checkout link.
