Orders, prices and payments

Product availability, pack sizes and prices are shown on the store at the time of purchase. Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. The final amount, including any applicable tax or delivery charge, is shown at checkout.

An order is accepted when Playsphere confirms it. We may contact you, limit quantities or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, information appears incorrect, payment is not authorised or the order presents a security concern.

Products, images and safe use

We try to present product colours, dimensions and pack information accurately. Screen settings, lighting and mixed-colour assortments can create reasonable visual differences. Packaging and colour combinations may vary where stated on the product page.

Ball-pit balls are children’s play products and must be used with appropriate adult supervision. Follow the age guidance, warnings and care information supplied with the product. Keep damaged products and packaging materials away from children.

Delivery across India

We currently offer free standard delivery to serviceable addresses in India when the free-delivery option is shown at checkout. A delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability, destination pincode, order size, weather, public holidays and carrier operations may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable mobile number. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or repeatedly unavailable, we may ask you to pay any reasonable re-delivery cost before dispatching it again.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Return or replacement requests must follow our Shipping & Returns policy, including its three-day reporting period and eligibility conditions. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Bulk and specially prepared orders

Bulk quotations, customised assortments and specially prepared orders become binding after the customer approves the requirements and payment terms. Change-of-mind cancellation or return may be restricted after preparation begins. Damage, shortage or incorrect supply will still be reviewed against the confirmed order.

Store content and acceptable use

The Playsphere name, logo, product copy, photographs, graphics and store design may not be copied, sold or used commercially without permission. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services and responsibility

Checkout, payments, delivery and other features may be provided by third parties. Their services can be subject to separate terms. To the extent permitted by law, Playsphere is not responsible for indirect loss or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these terms when the store, services or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will appear on this page.
