About the product
Cylinder-shaped ball pit balls in mixed bright colours
Give your ball pit a completely different feel. Playsphere cylinder-shaped ball pit balls, also known as capsule balls, ball pit sticks or tube balls, are long, smooth cylinders with rounded ends. Each one measures approximately 13 cm long and 3 cm across, and is moulded from soft-touch LDPE plastic in a bright mix of colours.
Bends instead of breaking
The flexible LDPE wall lets each cylinder bend under pressure, then return to shape. Children can squeeze them, step on them and flex them without cracking them. Both ends are fully rounded and the finish is smooth and glossy, so there are no edges to catch small fingers.
A new way to play
A long shape invites different play from a round ball. Children line the cylinders up end to end, stack them into piles, build fences and roads, and compare which colour row is longest. Mixed into a pit of round balls, they add variety to the texture and give children something new to dig for. They also make a good filler for sensory bins, where the length makes them easy to scoop and pour.
Useful for early learning
Cylinders work well for colour sorting, counting, pattern-making and simple measuring games. They're a good fit for classrooms, daycares, preschool activity trays and home learning corners.
